Toyota Launching Auto Work Shops in North America
As per one of the news daily Toyota, one of the big brands of the automobile sector is all set to launch 6 new auto work shops in North America to look through the car problems. This would help them analyze the customer complaints and work upon it and even incorporate the technical changes in their upcoming inventions in this business line. Through this service cum marketing strategy Toyota is coming in the hit list of its competitors all across the globe. A very similar step was taken by Maruti in India with thousands of work places opening up in every state of that nation, Toyota, after a couple of years is likely to add over a similar advantage. Moreover, this would help the brand to gain an extra edge over others specifically in the region of North America.
Toyota though have been delivering a quality performance report however, within the last couple of months there were problems faced by its users which set an alarm of repair to the company. Keeping this in mind, they are all set to come up with six new outlets to study, analyze and repair the cars from the region of North America an near by places.
Apart from this, the Toyota Motor Corp. is even thinking of opening four more automobile repair outlets in U.S and two in Canada over the period of 12 months after accumulating a set percentage of the customer complaints and vehicle trouble feedbacks from their customers.
The Executive director of global forecasting, Jeff Schuster, at J.D. Power and Associates said, “That buyer is going to need to be a bit more flexible in their shopping if they’re looking for a deal. Deals and incentives are down substantially, and I wouldn’t expect that to change toward the end of this year and into next year as long as manufacturers remain more disciplined in balancing supply and demand.”

Another expert Vogelheim commented on the similar General Motors reports, “Often GM models at the end of their life cycle tend to be the best because of improvements made over the life span of the vehicles. The same was true for Chrysler, where the PT Cruiser was discontinued not for the quality of the vehicle, but because they were in so many fleets that the initial novelty wore off.”
This week Toyota has commenced an evoke of 270,000 of its Lexus extravagant automobiles and hope that this step of launching work shops would help customers to get and maintain a quality drive.
